Titanium can not be bent into tight bends, so it has to be cut, and welded. Each cut is made with a computer controlled water jet cutter, for accurate cuts. The inside of the pipe is surprisingly smooth, as the welds are really clean.

The intake flow is WELL (order of magnitude) into the turbulent flow regime. If the inside diameter of the pipe is consistent, flow difference between this and a mandrel bent tube is negligible.

Looks awesome. Do they transfer less heat to the intake air than the similar stillen kit? It would be awesome to see a carbon fiber intake like this. since you guys do alot of titanium, you think you could make a strut tower brace that is cheaper than the ZELE?

Very nice piece, but... for the money i think it was a waste. The weight savings/ lower temps. Is'nt worth the $$$ IMO. More for a show car and bragging rights. But none the less it is very nice!

are you planning on getting this dyno'd. Interested to see what the gains are, if they are similar to the Gen 3s as well, since design shape and location are similar

We don't even know the price on these yet though. If they aren't much more than Gen III's, weight savings alone could be worth it.

I am interested in some dyno results as well. What kind of filters are those? I'm guessing not K&N?
