Yeah I did mine in 3-4 hours by hand using an adjustable wrench for half of it until I came to the cross brace removal. Didn't jack the car up

Yeah I did mine in 3-4 hours by hand using an adjustable wrench for half of it until I came to the cross brace removal. Didn't jack the car up for the bumper either. Then I went out to get proper tools. First time installing anything on any car outside of maintenance stuff. 3 hours? They'd have to be the most incompetent shop ever. Should be a 1 hr job if they know what they are doing.
