Option 3:

4th Pick up a small can of resin. While the CF is apart add a small amount of resign to restructure the CF in that area and get the layers to bond again. When it dries sand it the best you can. Then use 2000, 3000, and polish compound to finish it.
5th Used the Cooper Gasket sealant to reseal the can.
6th Rivet gun from Harbor freight will do the trick to get the rivets back in. May need to go 1 size larger for the damaged hole.
Should do the job.

If not jump to Triples option 2
