Nice! How was the install? Any pointers for those of us (er, I mean "me") who will be installing later this week?

A level is your best friend. It is highly recommended to be a 2 man job even if you could do it all single handedly...

Take your time.

Cut the heat shield a little at a time until you get the exhaust to fit perfectly. I think I cut too much off.

Wait to install the heat wrap until after you get the pipe up. This will allow you to cover the fuel line where it is closest to the exhaust. Otherwise you will have to cut the zip ties and adjust.

Good luck. Post pictures when you get done.

You don't have to cut it, it's a very flexible piece, you can just bend it at a 45* angle back to save yourself the material...

Thanks guys. I'll check both options. I am in no rush. UPS says the exhaust will be delivered tomorrow so my plan is to get the exhaust unpacked, then get the car up in the air and hit some bolts with PB Blaster Wed. night and again on Thursday. Friday is install day

While waiting for my new Blackberry to sync with my computer over the weekend I read about 60 of the first pages of this thread. I was really amazed at how many systems Tony and his crew have been able to produce. Just over a year ago they were shipping orders in the single digits! Pretty impressive. Tony, let us know when you take your company public...I want stock! (as long as it isn't stock exhaust)
