Race car sound? I think so!

The best and loudest option is probably a long tube header that exits out the sides, before the rear axle. This would probably provide some decent backpressure for an NA

The best and loudest option is probably a long tube header that exits out the sides, before the rear axle. This would probably provide some decent backpressure for an NA and also give you a LOT of noise. You'd also have to consider finding some way to prevent the header temperatures from cooking your doors (and potentially any passenger's/driver's feet and legs).

EDIT:
You might even get pretty respectable afterfire! With barely any room to detonate dumped fuel before the exhaust exit, you'll get some nice flames (and likely cook your door panel, melt the paint, and possibly warp your pinch welds, unless you plate the area with some steel). Another option is to change the stock fuel cut/air cut to an ignition cut. Better for the motor if you're ever bouncing off the limiter, and even more opportunity for fire and you'll also be running a 2 step!
