Well, here is the problem I see from the pictures. It looks like the EVAP canister cover was never removed. I can see what looks like it in the picture above. What that tells me is whoever installed the exhaust system did not read the instructions that we sent with it!

The cover needs to come off to allow the passenger side muffler to sit correctly.
