First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone for their patience and also a happy holiday season. I read through these quotes above and I see a lot of people getting "antsy". I can assure all of you we are not behind at all! We have been making exhaust systems for this specific car for 4-1/2 years now it is pretty safe to say, we got our schedule down! Every single one of you has an (EST. SHIP DATE) of a 2 week window on your invoice. It is the description box right in the middle of the page about half way down. When I talk to each of you over the phone I explain to you that "hopefully" the shipping window is a worst case and we will do our best to get your system in the mail as early as we can. Sometimes we ship at the beginning of the window, sometimes in the middle and rarely at the end. Most of your specific windows are not up yet. As of right now we are building in the mid to high 840's along with 350Z and G37 exhaust systems. I ask you all to remember, there are 6 people in my shop, myself included. We move a lot of volume for the size of crew that we have. The entire Nissan/Infiniti platform is on a first come, first serve basis and there are many weeks we are building more than just 370Z exhaust systems. This being one of those weeks along with it being a short one for the long holiday weekend. Myself and Dan will be here on Friday however we are giving everyone else the full 4 days off. All of this above being said, I am going to implement a streamline way for you all to be updated. Over the next month I plan to create an email address "shipping@fastintentions.com". This will go directly to our shipping manager. He will receive from me all orders in the build queue for the next 4 weeks. Here is how it will work. 1) You will look at the 2 week shipping window on your invoice. If your shipping window starts in 1 week or less from that day, you can send an email off. 2) It will be reviewed and a response will be sent back within 24-48 hours. ***NOTE: In the event that your shipping window starts further than 1 week out, please refrain from sending an email inquiry about your status. You will not receive a response. I also ask that you keep your inquiries minimal, like 1-2 at most over that time period. The more inquiries you send, it slows us down in the overall process.*** I hope that this response clears some things up. Thank you all for your time. Tony

I just installed mine yesterday.
I have a sport+touring 7AT. My mods are K&N drop-ins, MAF tubes, and now the TDX 18" with CF resonators. I have a light touch from riding motorcycles and I can tell there is a definite power increase. Coming out of my neighborhood, I am used to a specific amount of gas to get me to the center median and the car surprised me when it moved a lot quicker than I am used to. I have some professional recording equipment. I will try to get a good sound clip sometime next weekend for others to reference my specific setup. One more thing, looking at RangerZ, I'm amused at how similarly we're both setup. We both have similar mods, near similar TDX orders (CF cans with resonators, but he has 12" and I have 18") and we were one digit away from one another in the orders. ![]() |

Oh yeah one more thing. I have noticed a definite increase in ghetto racer's attentions.
3 cars alone tried to race me on a 4 mile stretch of road as I was going from my house to the grocery store last night: A first gen Toyota Avalon, a 4th gen Honda Prelude, and a Scion TC. They were doing the most obnoxious things to try and trigger a race; something I have not experienced in the Z all these years of ownership. And then they'd storm off or cut me off violently when I didn't respond. So if there's a downside to the exhaust so far, this would be it. |

After hearing these exhausts again I am getting so impatient. Tony, C'mon man. Hook a brotha up early. My Z is way to quiet. I'm ready to wake up the neighbors.

Yeah, wherever it would normally be polished... I emailed and asked Tony if he could do a brushed or dull finish. He said he could make them "milled out". Then I searched his site a little and found a pic as an option on one of the Audi cat backs. It's gonna cost a little more...
I didn't want the polished because nothing on the car is polished. Eventually I want to have the door handles painted body color and get black wheels. IMO, The polished would have stuck out like a sore thumb. I think it's gonna look kick *** and it will be a bit different from most of the others. |

I finally installed my FI 18" resonated CF CBE, #699, I was on travel and couldn't get to do it.
I have to say I love the fit and startup sound. I haven't driven her around yet but I can't wait. ![]() ![]()
