Thanks! I have been having such a hard time deciding which exhaust to do.. I figured 600 people on here with it could not all be wrong?

I also told myself I was not going to mod this car for atleast a few months.. maybe a year or two. Well I have had the car 7 days, does that count for a waiting period?

The waiting list is about <2 months so you have that going for you as well.

Nothing wrong with this exhaust. You'll be grinning from ear to ear.

I told myself the saaaammmeeeee thing! I said its a sports car, there is no need to add anything atleast for a year. Now I'm researching a supercharger with a target date of April. Can't help it.

Gday folks,

Currently looking at possibly getting a FI CBE exhaust for my 2011 (currently stock) 370Z Coupe (Australian spec). Not really planning on adding HFCs therefore I'm trying to determine which resonators to go with - 12" or 18".

I'm looking for something louder than stock but not obnoxiously loud or drawing too much attention from the cops. I've watched numerous YouTube clips and read plenty of reviews but still can't decide. I'm looking for something louder than the Xforce exhaust and like the sound of the Stillen one if that makes sense...

Going to get carbon fiber mufflers too as they stand out a bit less than the stainless ones.

Thoughts? 12" or 18" resonators?

Cheers in advance!

Go with the 18's. I wish I would have. The 12's are a bit loud for the GF.

Oh yeah... those long tubes sound awesome though. I'd probably get kicked out of my neighborhood if I had those on my Z though. lol

Definitely going to be a choice of either 12" or 18". Whats the difference in sound between the two of them (with stock HFCs)?
