actually when driving with a group of guys this weekend from a cars n coffee meet to a track we stopped halfway to get food and they all came up and was asking me about my exhaust. this seemed like a big thing since these were guys with a GT-R, Porsche 911's, couple M3's and M1's, a AMG Merc, Lotus, then some subys. all asked me where i got it what is it, how is it so loud and still sound so good. a couple commented on the smell being like a full on race car as well lol :tup:

i posted 2 in the race exhaust? or whatever thread but i did upload them to youtube. i will warn you they were taken on my iphone and dont show the full sound ability of this exhaust but it's a good idea i guess. it is much much much louder in person. i'll try to link them in this post but it might now work since youtube is blocked at work but worst case my youtube username is fpenvy as it is on here.

Thanks! I also took a couple vids of my stock exhaust and then with berk HFC's. So i understand how the quality of the videos diminishes that beautiful growl of the exhausts.

YEAH I KNOW! This made me really angry, because I know how to change that setting normally, but this time it has the option greyed out. I think it's because I put the music in the intro, even though I gave them credit at the end of the movie and stuff, now it's restricting it. So, my FI exhaust has been on order for several weeks and at this point I'm committed, but I have to admit I'm curious... has anybody dyno'd the stock Nismo exhaust vs. the FI exhaust? I'm curious if the FI exhaust has proven gains over the Nismo exhaust or if it's going to be about the same.

Either way, I'm losing 25 lbs. with the CF muffler setup vs. the stock Nismo exhaust... and it's gonna sound beastly in conjunction with my Berk HFCs. :)

Can't remember exact numbers, but I do know that there are gains with the FI over Nismo. Just can't remember how much. When it comes to the sound, there's no comparison.

I did. But I have the LTH's and a Stillen G3 too. No tune yet. That will be done on 10/2 at RT Tuning. I'm hoping to pick up a little after the tune. My dyno runs was done a Mustang dyno. So they read lower then a Dyno Jet would.

Stock 282HP, 230 Torque. After exhaust 294HP, 234 Torque.

Got my FI CF CBE by UPS yesterday...i am soooo stinkin happy! Install is 2morrow...i cant sleep!

Hmmm, I'm 601. That means I'm 23 away. Anybody know the current rate per week that FI is pumping these puppies out?

It was 1 a day. But it may have increased since moving to a new shop. But keep in mind that they are also building exhausts for other cars which is going to increase your wait time. 23 away but may have to build 10 g37 exhausted in between adds about 10 days. Hope it helps a little. It is worth the wait. Product is better in person than you can hear over the most expensive speakers. Tony is total class.

:iagree: I can't keep my foot out of it just so I can hear my FI exhaust! Installed in April of this year, I am still amazed at the sound - have not heard any other exhaust that touches the FI for richness, depth, rumble, smoothness and lack of Rasp throughout ... Add Customer Service and its #1 - PERIOD!
