Low end torque after mods

I installed post manifold tubes, K&N drop-ins, F.I. exhaust and F.I. test pipes. I feel like I'm missing some low end torque. The car does not feel like its pulling

I feel like I'm missing some low end torque. The car does not feel like its pulling like it should. I have a Cobb access port for it but they dont have any maps. What would be the best solution? Thanks!
