Low end torque after mods

I'm thinking i'll just get them to use the access port i have and make a map for it. I just dont know where to go. I live in Charleston

I just dont know where to go. I live in Charleston and the only place close is a place called Showzone...And to be honest it looks like a shack with old beat up imports outside.
