Your parents bought you a $30k+ car? Tell the cheap bashtards to cough up for a catback, Bubba.

I did it cause I can't stand how quiet the stock exhaust is. And i can't mod my car for 6 months cause if I do I have to pay 85% tax on it. So you do the calculation of 85% tax on a 5ziegen or Amuse CBE. 85% on the $1 of washers I used is doable though lol.

Sounds just like the first post. I think it's fine almost no drone, it's only crazy loud when i start the car in the morning.

I'm worried about damaging the parts under the car cause of the hot gases leaking out though. So it's def a temp thing.

Ah yea, That's why I want some custom tips.. :/ sadly my resources are limited since I live nowhere close to anybody that would do it. It would be nice to have someone fabricate it for me and ship it.. but whatever.

How did you guys manage to get those 4 nuts loose? Ive been tryin all afternoon on and off to get them off and I can't. I used wrenches and a socket wrench 14mm. Im starting to strip the nuts so I stopped. Can you guys shed some light on how you removed these ? thanks.

Hit them with some PB Blaster if you have any and let it sit for a few minutes. If you don't have PB Blaster, use WD40. A breaker bar will be very helpful. Those things are torqued on super tight.

I used wd-40 still nothing. Im using a regular wrench I picked up at auto zone. I also tried socket wrench as well. I guess Ill be picking up a breaker bar tommarow and giving that a shot.

Yep, you definitely need a breaker bar. That extra leverage will help. I used a 24" Kobalt 1/2" drive to loosen the bolts... even with that it was pretty tough.

Also you can hit the bolts with a hammer. Sometimes the vibration gets the bolts to "unstuck"
