In cabin vibration form CBE

I was just going to remove mine tomorrow. Having a thin piece of metal like that is just bound to rattle.

I got the same exact situation going on with my berk cbe setup. Around 4K rpm's i get a rattle from the rear, passenger side. Sounds like it's internal, but not a 100% sure about that. I did check the heat shield and it's not the issue. Nothing seems to be even close to rubbing/touching in the under carriage. This noise is an f'n irritant and it's starting to drive me nuts.

I have the same issue right around 4k there will be a "rattle" it almost sounds like glass, coming from the passenger rear, once i open the windows it is no more.

I have also bent the metal around the muffler, and check everything else to be check it is a resonation issue i believe. Not sure though.

Also i have Berk both HFC and CBE, not sure what to say.

Same exhaust but with Berk cats, Same exact problem. Sounds like it's coming from inside the rear passenger hatch. Doesn't sound like a metallic rattle, but more like loose plastic panels? Very irritating.

I removed my heat shield and it did not work. It is coming from inside. I took all the plastic off the hatch itself and tightend every bolt and still there. Next I am going to remove all plastic from trunk.

Yep, I am convinced that my rattle sounds like glass as well. But proving that to be a fact is difficult. Wild.

I feel it's more so the body itself. Being that the seems are pinch welded together. This may case some rattles if the two pieces of the body are not completely seemed perfect.
