I did check the heat shield and it's not the issue. Nothing seems to be even close to rubbing/touching in the under carriage. This noise is an f'n irritant and it's starting to drive me nuts.

Mine wasnt touching either!!

Just remove it and see how it goes!! Im 100000%sure u wont have anymore problem!!
