To my understanding, it depends on your goals. Due to the R1 having more backpressure, if you only plan on doing light mods (intake, exhaust, tune), the R1 is the better option. If you plan on going FI, the RS Silent is the better option as it flows more. If you plan to get really radical with the NA mods, the R1 with the increase in diameter piping is the solution. 370Z Tune correct me if I am wrong..... |
