Best seller from HPS without a doubt. ETA is 2 weeks until more are in. Thanks for the business everyone!

Does it make any differences when I use the circle clamps in stead of a T-clamps? They are out of stock

No it won't make that much of difference to be concerned with. Your stock intake uses just the circle clamps.

I wanted to write a small review now that my tubes have been on the car with the K&N drop ins for about a month. I have noticed 0 gain in hp or sound and maybe about .5 mpg increase in gas mileage. The tubes took about 20min to install. Even though they look the same I could not get them to install correctly at first, they had horrible bends in them. I changed the tubes to opposite sides and then they fit properly, it does seem like a little bit could be trimmed from the tubes however. (I did not trim anything).

So in conclusion they do fit without being trimmed and unfortunately I couldn't detect any difference from stock other than a small mpg boost. However, I am sure they are giving some power increase, even if the butt dyno can't tell, and I do not regret the purchase at all.

Anyone tried these with the dry filters? Or had engine light come up with the K&N?

Finally got around to installing mine today. Ran into the typical issue with the passenger tube, which is a bit irritating. The nipple is angled the same for both tubes, but needs to be set up differently for the passenger tube...

I have stock air filter, stock cats, and berks cbe and it did increase the sound. I didn't trim my tube and mine fit perfectly. I noticed the increase in throttle response. I don't think trimming the tube is necessary, it may be a tight fit though. Just bend the tube to get it to fit rather than cutting it. I should also add my z ran a little rough for a couple hundred miles, I guess maybe the ecu was adjusting.

well, when the 2 mods, tubes and filters, are done together, they produce worthy gains that, considering their combined price, make them a good alternative to the Stillen G3. They do alter the sound a bit, but most people wont notice unless you are more in touch with your car, while any power gains won't be "felt" except for much better throttle response in most rpm areas.

Worth it? Yes, very much so.

Thanks for the information. If it gives me better throttle response at least, I think it's worth it then. Plus the tubes will look better than the stock accordions. Now to get off my *** and install it.
