Yeah, one of the top ones is a stud (you can see that one on the passender side that has a different head on it).

I'm curious if this is okay the way it is? I'm thinking that the lower bolt without a nut is actually theaded into the flange....maybe.

I know that aftermarket it's definitely 3 bolts per side.....but what about stock. I think that bolt might be all that is supposed to be there....without a nut.
