Nitrous is the cheapest horse power out there. And readily available all over the place. You can use 4 tethered 2.5Lbs bottles for maximum pressure and kick butt with it. A 100 shot is safe, but remember people, HP kills. I may be getting a bottle too. But mine will be "Hush hush".
