Meisterschaft Exhaust + F.I Test Pipe

I have Stillen G3 long tube intakes, Stillen CBE, and Berk HFCs at the moment, but would like to purchase the Meisterschaft.

Did you have test pipes installed in the youtube video, or were those a more recent addition?
Do you have the SUS or Titanium exhaust?
What did you pay for the exhaust, and from where?
Is the cruising noise quiet like stock (it is with my current setup)? I don't care if it's loud when I'm accelerating to any degree...
