A word on the packaging since this is such a hot topic. We had these boxes custom made for us and they cardboard mess you see on the inside are actually the saddles that hold the system. Instead of putting the box on a pallet or at least dragging the box by its strap they are flipping the box end over end. Imagine what it would look like if you were trying to use a square wheel, that's exactly how UPS is handling the package instead of pulling out the hand truck.

As long as these boxes weren't being tossed around this way the cradles should be holding everything off the ground. Unfortunately they are being handled so roughly that they end up looking like we just threw these pipes in a box with some random pieces of cardboard. The minute I saw how they were showing up we immediately adding a ton of void filling packing paper to keep the support cutouts together even though the boxes are being flipped and rolled. Lots of you noticed this change we put in right away.

Anyhow, JB1 - yes we messed up on packing your order and shipped you two driver side pipes. Don't be pissed at the kid helping out with the packing, I will take the fall on this one since its ultimately my operation here.

If your shop charged you $90 in labor because they had to back out I will take care of that for you. Hey I'm not an unreasonable person and I understand how you feel.

WuTang - We'll get a driver side shipped out to you!

Thanks guys for your continued support. I know this was a little rough and you guys are still sticking by us!

Regards,
Bryan

Excellent. I've spoken with JB (he's a local friend) and it sounds like things are being fixed promptly and properly. Well done Berk.

Hey mine arrived fine other than the superficial hole all i'm saying is Instapak expanding foam we use it at work and ship parts that cost 10-60 times what this exhaust does and haven't had one shipping damaged part in a foam filled box. there have been some pallet boxes that weren't strapped down inside a semi that took a forty foot ride through the truck and slammed against the front of the trailer but that thing weighed like 800 pounds and was some semi driver fail.

Thank you for solving this issue so well! I greatly appreciate this customer service and makes me feel good about using Berk products, HFC's and CBE, for my upgrades. And I am sure I will be even happier once it's all installed.

Bryan, thanks for asking Aaron to drop by and see the setup.

I kinda noticed the pipes are pretty easy to bend once u bolt it together since it kinda evened it out quite a bit after i forced everything to bolt up on the ground.

So far everything looks ok, i'll keep an eye out for the middle hanger that it's pulling on, but hopefully it settles down and won't be a problem, now i just gotta get that damn bolt off for the cats.

I have to say, so far the sound is

I think with the stock cats, the system is quieter than stock, but my butt dyno definitely feels a difference.

Thanks for the help

I have stock cats and everyone knows stock cbe makes no sound at idle or when driven. Berk cbe has a very very soft rumble at idle and louder rumble around 3k rpm. And no drone on the highway.

I highly doubt we'll see one.

I mean its been a while since people have received their exhaust and not 1 decent video or soundclip, nothing.

I want this exhaust bad, unfortunately it's sold out.

If I had gotten this exhaust, from day one I would have posted a full in depth review, with sound clips from all angles, interior, db measurement results ect. but too bad I can't get a hold of one till April when Berk stocks them.
