It can definitely be rotated to sit higher. I rotated mine high enough for it to dent against the diff ear. And the z33 one is longer and will stick

It can definitely be rotated to sit higher. I rotated mine high enough for it to dent against the diff ear. And the z33 one is longer and will stick out further, and not necessarily line up with the hangers. That's how the z34 Tomei came about, people putting the z33 version on the z34. I was tucking tire with a tomei lowered on BC's and it scraped often, but never scraped through, titanium is tough.
