What you should consider is whether your willing to remove your front bumper every time you need to clean and recharge the filters. Hope this helps. Max gains are Stillen G3 for sure. The Injen intakes need splash gaurds so for me thats a RED FLAG!
They don't need splash guards... not sure where you got that from.

for the install, bumper removal is not necessary.
you remove the wheel, and pull the splashguard back and out of the way.

I know for sure that Injen not only sells them but advises on it.

If you have a garage then perhaps removing the bumper is no big deal. But I have heard a few stories from members that wish they never had removed there bumper due to realignment issues.
the difference?
Where are you getting this information from? Taking off the bumper is easy and zero issues, please provide some information to people having problems.

The Injens we are talking about are the long-tube ones that move the filters to the fender wells.

I'm not here to knock any product. I will do a search for the splash sheilds the are used for the long tube. Just one thing, if those were for the short ram why would they need splash gaurds, there in the engine bay and not hanging down exposed to the elements like the long tube, just a thought. I would also like to add that I'm not here to make things up, trust me they sell them. I'm not trying to be a d!ck.

Heat shields, possibly?

I have the Injen long tubes and did the install... trust me... there's no need for splash guards where they are!
