I have been on Fast Intentions web page and yep, I like what I see and the prices are not bad. As far as wait time, are we talking six months, a year? If less than a year, I can handle that. I will soon be retiring and got nothing but time (I'm not that old but its a long story that involves not being politically correct in the world of education)
