It really depends on where you're location. Pa emissions doesn't do sniffer test so since FI test pipes don't throw codes the machine reads it as everything is normal and

Pa emissions doesn't do sniffer test so since FI test pipes don't throw codes the machine reads it as everything is normal and it passes....as long as it's not in a lift and they don't see the missing cats lol that or just know a guy who passes it and knows
