I mean if all it takes for it to fit is to fabricate that piece then I'm down to get something done about it. Seems like a simple enough fix. I don't know about the whole issue with the Varis hood rain guards though. I'm not running rain guards with my Varis hood because I don't drive the Z on non sunny days (so 5 days of the year LOL) so meh.
