My goal is also 800rwhp (so roughly 1000 at the crank) and I plan to use GT3071 .86 AR turbos. I haven't looked at the maps to see at what psi is most efficient for the turbos so I'm not yet sure what compression ratio would be ideal for E85. Would 10:1 be the way to go?
