Berk Cat-Back Exhaust GB #2!!!

I agree. Totally disappointing. I called over a week ago and someone was supposed to get back to me. All I wanted was an estimate as to when my order might ship. That is not too much to ask.
I wonder if they feel that the 370z market is saturated with options for a car that is still fairly rare. Sure seems though that if you make a quality product and take care of your customers then you can dominate the market.... Hmm, who could I be referring to?
I have stuck with the Berk because it has everything that I wanted from an exhaust. Unfortunately their customer service is so poor that this will be my only purchase ever of a Berk product.
