You would want to switch to your 91 tune... then drive it down to E again, and then switch back to E85 and E85 tune. You dont want to run the wrong fuel for your tune. The car WILL RUN, and it will move and drive around low load part throttle with the wrong fuel... but it would be highly non-recommended and could cause engine damage if you gave it any more than very very little throttle.
