i work in the credit card industry. my advice to those waiting for refunds would be to first request a refund from GTM. need to give the seller a chance

i work in the credit card industry. my advice to those waiting for refunds would be to first request a refund from GTM. need to give the seller a chance to come through. if this doesn't work, open up a claim with your bank and start the chargeback process for goods/services not delivered. seems like it'll be an easy case to win.
