As an added bonus the A/C is ridiculously cold now...45* to be exact lol

by the way, this further proves the OEM 12+ oil cooler is completely useless. Oil temps have not dropped at all. You would think a 30+*F reduction in coolant temp would affect it but nope. FI oil cooler goes on Monday!
yikes. here in cali, its been 90-100 for the better part of july. ive never seen my coolant temps go over 220, even in bumper-bumper traffic with the original CSF. although, i do have uprev fan mods. my fan comes on much sooner, and blows much harder. at the track ive never seen over 220 either. then again, im slow compared to other people

also, ive never had problems with the AC leaking and im on my 2nd CSF rad. only problems ive had were coolant leaks and drain plug/bleeder plug problems.

However, after running for approximately a week, all of the refrigerant leaked out via the condenser connections. In my car the OEM AC lines were used because the CSF lines do not fit well.

Accordingly, until CSF can address whatever it is that's causing AC leaks with the condenser, and why their lines do not fit well, I am not sure I would recommend anyone getting this kit. I have reached out to CSF via email with no response, and in this thread about the only thing CSF has done is "like" positive reviews and fail to respond to technical questions.

Big thanks to Seb@SZ for continuing to help me troubleshoot this issue and offering to go above and beyond to get it fixed.

I'm sorry if you emailed me or someone else, and did not get a response. Please shoot me an email: ravidolwani@csfradiators.com
- I'll see what I can do for you. Please add your phone #, and I'll call you directly to try and resolve any issues that you have.
- We have had only one potential case of condenser failure since we came out with the unit, and it was an iffy one from overseas.

Sorry to everyone for not getting back to questions as much as I would like
- I don't have a bunch of kids/interns working for me answering all the different fourms and postings. It's been crazy busy this summer with lots of new development, the brand getting out there more, travel, and trying to make deals on the OEM/private label side + now getting ready for SEMA.

I appreciate all the feedback as I will try and improve the product.
- I'll also look to try and work with some dealers to promote a discount for early adopters who have had problems.

Mine is going in Monday and I'm hoping there are no A/C problems because it is nasty hot here right now.

Based on my experience, I think they key is taking some precautions when installing it so that the o-rings don't get damaged or blown out. Give SpecialtyZ a call and they can tell you how they remedied mine.

My understanding is that CSF is making some design tweaks to address these issues. Glad to see them proactive with making a better product.

I will say that the engine/oil cooling of this coupled with the FI oil cooler has been fantastic.

I'm not installing it but I will make sure the shop is aware of this thread. Glad to hear it's working well, in this heat I've only been able to do 2-3 laps before overheating the car. I have an oil cooler and its usually reading 220ish when the water is overheating bad so I'm hoping this is the end of that.

I don't/can't have the triple pass (7AT), but I have upgraded to their newer design. And right off the bat you can see there is more ability to cool and for air to pass through

What?

Z1 has this on their listing "Only Automatic Transmission specific unit available. This unit will work with Manual Transmission models with no issues."

NEW! 370Z / G37 Manual Triple Pass Upgraded Radiator & Condenser

Is this a mistake?

Earlier in this thread, I believe CSF said the Triple Pass version didn't have an AT cooler integrated (like the factory unit and the original CSF for Autos).

Exactly. Beat me to it. But the new design for the 7AT cools better too

I guess I will call Z1 in the morning to find out what they sold me. I have a trans cooler in the car so that shouldn't be a problem.

Wellllllll... Did your radiator have extra holes for a trans cooler hose hookup?

And I would've gotten the manual one, but in my mind the best setup is from trans to trans cooler, to trans/radiator cooler to not OVERcool the trans fluid
