Next week installing a frozen boost heat exchanger with braided hoses , I'll post the new dyno sheet, hopefully it will lower the inlet air temps a bit.

Have you considered meth/water injection? We installed a Aquamist system on my Stillen supercharger and the AITs are now only 14 degrees warmer than the air temp under full boost and after 10 dyno pulls.

Might be too late for you to see this question...

Where and how are you measuring IATs?

I have heard that Uprev was now able to splice a Temp Sensor into the MAF harness, then tap and install the sensor wherever you want it (Intake Manifold after the intercooler would be ideal for the Stillen S/C, so you would no longer be logging IATs in the front bumper). I would like to see if anyone has done this.

That is interesting, I have mine reading via OBD2 port (same as uprev) and have seen them get close to ambient but also figured they were 5-10 degrees higher based on reading location.

That would be fine for a GTM supercharger because your MAFs are in the factory location. Which is after the supercharger and intercooler. So you wouldn't benefit any from moving the IAT sensor, they are already reading the temperature that the motor is actually seeing.

Stillen's setup on the other hand, unless I'm mistaken, reads temperature from before the supercharger, intercooler, and meth nozzles. So the car actually has no idea what IATs are by the time the air gets to the motor. Moving the sensor into the IM would be a big step forward for the Stillen supercharger.

That's correct, they are in the front bumper before the supercharger.

Honestly I can't answer that, the tuner had all kinds of things hooked to the car and said he could see them dropping when it started spraying but I didn't ask how. He's out of town until sunday but I will email him and ask, maybe he was wrong and using the MAFs but he shouldn't see the temp drop there. By mistake I did one session at Sebring last weekend on my no meth tune and the aquamist off and the car felt down on power by the end of the run, that didn't happen on any other runs so I'm assuming it had something to do with the aquamist but I'm not sure what.
