His 400 HP might be your 500 so don't compare his dyno to yours..

Just google search "US Dyno higher than Australian" and you'll find hundreds of comments about US vs AUS dynos. Read into them what you will.

Our fuel is slightly different to yours but we basically we have similar grades just with a different grading system. Where you have 93AKI we have 98RON. I would assume that he is probably running 98. We also have 100RON which is slightly better but basically just 98RON with a splash of ethanol. Then obviously E85 and crappy 95 and 91 RON.

Getting the frozen boost heat exchanger and heat shielded water hoses to and from the Intercooler fitted over the next couple of days. Also putting a temp gauge in the heat exchanger to monitor the outlet temps. Should probably put a temp gauge after the Intercooler to get a real picture of efficiency.

It will be put on the dyno , hopefully my tuner should be able to advance the timing a bit with cooler intake. I'll ask him to give a base map before he plays around with the tune.
He is still having a few issues with the 850 injectors waiting for info from uprev. Does anyone know if you can set the ECU to recognise 850 injectors, calculations are incorrect for K's I can travel with fuel in tank.
I will post results in the next few days.

Frozen boost heat exchanger installed + Southbend Stage 3 Daily with 19lb steel flywheel

base line with heat exchanger installed then after tune. My tuner could repeat same numbers during all 15 dyno runs without cool down .

Do you have the dyno data pre-Frozen Boost install? Did you see any KW/N-m (metric system lol) gains?

below dyno results pre frozen boost heat exchanger and after. The tuner said previously he had to let it cool down before another dyno run, with the larger heat exchanger he could do run after run.
