500rwhp is 500rwhp regardless if its via nitrous, supercharger, or turbo charger. The only difference is that the torque will hit much harder and will increase stress.
If people are making 500rwhp reliably you can do the same with a proper nitrous setup, just will cost more in the long run and you can run out of boost
