From what I understand that by the time you notice something is off, it is probably to late. I guess they do make a pretty good lightshow at night. I will probably add one at some point but it was not at the top of my list

It lets you see trends. If you see the car running gradually richer or leaner over time, it gives you an idea something's up. I'd swap EGT for fuel pressure personally. Isn't a fuel pressure gauge under the hood anyway? Most of them I've seen are on the regulator.

You make a good point there, I was talking about more if something goes drastically wrong, your AFR gauge is not going to save you. And, yes generally there is one under the hood however I am running one in my car (electronic, obviously you would not want to run fuel lines in the cabin) and I feel that this is a much better indication IMO. Especially with all the fueling issues our cars have

If something goes drastically wrong under full boost, no gauge is going to save you anyway.

I'd be ok with the one gauge under the hood once whatever causes the drop
in pressure is solved. That seems like a one-time fix. I'm running boost and AFR on the A pillar now. Later I'll add oil temp, oil pressure and water temp on the dash. I'm still stuck trying to figure out where to put an EGT gauge, and the GTM pre/post intercooler readout.
TerribleONE and GaleForce like this.

Unfortunately you are correct. Lol

How about the AFR in the center cubby?

That's where the nav is. There's really no room for more than 5 gauges in the car. If I had the room, it would look like the cockpit of a F-16 with all the gauges and readouts.
