Extra set wheels?

I want to fix and powdercoat my wheels. Since my car is my daily driver, I was wondering if anyone had an extra set of wheels I can borrow to put on my car while I send them out to get fixed and powdercoated.

You're probably better off just trying to get a ride from someone for the day or two you would have to leave the shop your wheels. Its not really worth the hassle of transporting a whole set of wheels (which would'nt fit in the Z) to you, then you swap them, then you bring them over to the shop in another car.... then they fix them.

I assume your Z is your only car considering you want to swap wheels for the few days that you wouldn't be able to drive it. however, if your Z is your only car, there is no way you'd be able to manage this because there'd be no way to transport the wheels to the shop to have them PC'd and have the curb damage fixed.

Plus, lending a set of wheels to someone who is having theirs fixed for curb damage isn't exactly the most exciting proposition.

I'd try renting a car. It would probably be less of a hassle. GL

Haha yeah I was just throwing it out there just in case someone had a random set. I'm going on vacation in August and was already planning to do it then. But I just bought kw v3s and spacers so I'm eager to do so.
