For me, we found the electronic boost controller unnecessarily complicated. For me.

He wants the lower psi springs so he can just simply run wastegate pressure if need be. The spring determines the lowest boost level the turbo will go to.

If you wanna ball out, 4-port boost solenoid with a "0" psi spring so you can run whatever boost you want.
