Finally went with the OS Giken twin disc ... has it's own slave and flywheel included if I remember correctly...it will bolt in however it does require it's own adapter to make it actually function ... (don't forget :-) or you'll be pulling the tranny again. Once in we found out that there wasn't sufficient adjustments to bring the pedal engagement from off the floor ... Had to go with the RJM custom clutch pedal to gain enough adjustments in order to do that. Highly recommend the RJM pedal ... he's on the forum here.
