If the Stillen kit is part of that $10k your budget is too low. Otherwise, nobody can tell you since nobody has ever made 500whp on the Stillen kit. My guess would be upgrading all the pullies, new fuel system, meth and a really aggressive tune.

If you have a stock car, $10k isn't enough money for 500 whp. It'll be $15k in parts, plus labor. Plus, shipping to your part of the world probably isn't cheap. Go look in the Finished FI Builds thread for a better idea of what you need.

Ok, then you might be able to make it happen for $10k if it really can be done.

Let's see, my guess would be upgrading:
Injectors/pump (maybe a fuel return system)
MAF piping
Heat exchanger or a custom air to air intercooler with new piping
All pullies/cogs
Meth injection
Appropriate exhaust to give you just the right amount of backpressure but not choke the motor

My gut feeling would be that it would be easier to sell the Stillen kit to someone who's ok with 400-450whp and buy a GTM stage 1.5 SC kit.

I think that there are people out there who have made 500rwhp with that kit. Hidden in the woodwork though.

I know with upgraded impeller. Some big injectors, and like Chuck said, a really aggressive/ supporting tune, it can be done but... the Stage 1.5 from GTM may be a better option.. or the new Twin SC setup.

GTM's sc kit makes a ton more power. It's a better engineered kit. Stillen uses a good blower, but skimps on everything else like fuel, intercooling, etc. We have never seen a Stillen kit make 500 whp. It's common for GTM SC kits to make 500 whp. My advice would be to sell the Stillen kit and buy the GTM, unless you're the kind of guy who wants to be the first to do something.

Swiss370 has probably one of the better Stillen SC setups and has upgraded a lot: First STILLEN Supercharger 370Z swiss

There have been some who have gone with the Stillen SC with the goal of 500whp and all have sold their kit and moved onto another option. If you want to stay SC then GTM is your only option but if you want to migrate to TT then you have GTM, Fast Intentions, and Greddy.

You could probably sell your Stillen and buy a GTM and install it for $10k, because I assume you already have all the supporting mods

Most people seem to go with the Stage 1.5 or 2 if they're looking for the kind of power you want. Give Sam at GTM a call and he'll talk you through all of the differences and what would be best for you.
