No, the heat exchanger will be up behind the front bumper in front of the radiator.

Sorry for the confusion, "blower" is another term for supercharger.

The way I understood it was that cooling would happen post T/B. As in somewhere inside this casting...

That was a great update. Essentially an air to water intercooler inside the intake manifold. Nice design. The picture does not indicate but are the intake streams kept separate or combined inside the manifold?
