This is related in the sense it's the MHI kit, it's GTM, we've been having this discussion for the last week. Where have you been? Myself along with others have been lied to and drug along for 7 months. False promises left and right. I'm doing this here in this thread where the people that are involved can put their 2 cents in. I will not make a thread on the forum to bash GTM. But I along with others will voice our opinion on here where it matters to the ones that are involved.

I'm not going to stay quiet this time. This is one thing that I hate about doing business like this. There's something about looking into a man's eyes shaking his hand and keeping your word. All this is now is electronic BS. I have never lied to a man. If I shake your hand I'm going to do everything in my power to keep my word. And I'm proud to say most of the men I've dealt with have done the same.

Man I don't see why they just cant transfer the money into your account. When I purchased my TT kit from them I sent it from my account to theirs. I am starting to get the feeling they are Way over their head. You guys better jump ship before she sinks!!!!!

Exactly I electronically paid for my non existent kit through a white transfer. I expected reimbursement in the same manner but by now I should of known better

As always. Businesses are quick to charge n collect. Refunds is another story.

You may need some legal advice and if you have to hire one go for lawyers fees and all court cost. You also may be able to dispute it through your bank since you never actually received anything from them... It would be worth checking on..

3 emails, private messages and zero response for 2 weeks...maybe indeed Mike&Sam are cool guys but unfortunately their client service is very poor.
Like you guys I'm waiting more or less patiently but now I'm pretty sure that they simply do not want my money or they don't really care about it...and all I wanted to know was which supportive mods should I add to the kit. When company don't care about new bussines they probably won't care about customers after purchase. I'm a little bit dissapointed at the moment and not talking about delay. It seems the best way to be boosted is to go to them directly - unfortunately I can't and have to choose remote purchase. |

Why don't people just simply CALL gtm?
I rang them up a few weeks ago asking about simple stuff like which BOV and to make sure I had all my kit order correct, and Sam picked up in like, 10 seconds after ringing. I mean, I understand that email response should also be expected and I agree with them being slow with them, but it's been shown that calls get right to the point and get things done. |
