Hopefully they get the kits out on the 3rd. They're already behind the timetable they gave in this thread, which was to be expected with the size of this group buy. I would hope that they've kept the people who have paid already in the loop as far as expected ship dates.

Or just wait for the next z which is supposed to be a turbo 4 :O

That's not good. I have no doubt they'll come through, but it would be much better if they were more clear about expected shipping dates.

After talking to Sam there's no doubt he wants this as bad as we do. I really could feel his passion just talking. They are really at the mercy of the foundry that molds the cast pieces. So much that goes on when they poor into the cast. Everything had to be held to a Standerd. And in the world people seem to sh!t on you when you bug them to much. GTM is definitely not that way with us.

I'm so ready myself. My passion lies so deep with this hobby it's hard waiting. It's been since the end of May I haven't even started my car more or less drove it. Which is fine cause I've done so much work I wouldn't of normally done. But after much patience and not hate for GTM I'm really wanting a date that is met or refund. I'm just so ready. My life has been pretty lame without my car. Lol. Thank god I got a new German Shepherd to keep me busy. Boy he's a handful. His name is Diesel.

From GTM? Give them a call and talk them through what you want for your car. They're good guys, and they'll get you set up right.

If it's going to be much longer, I'll be asking for a refund. The only reason I decided to keep the Z was because of this kit. I'm basically bored of the car at it's current power levels. I'm ready to move on if I have to wait much longer for this kit.

The lack of communication is almost as frustrating as the delays. I understand some things are out of their control, but they could at least keep us in the loop.

I remember people talking about 'Early June' delivery dates...

I've always thought it was going to be November given how big the group buy got.

I figured it would take a long time to fill all the orders but assumed the first kits would be shipping out by now. That's why I made sure I was one of the first to pay. I wouldn't have had my money tied up in this for so long if I knew it would be like this.

I had it at Christmas but then I realized there's no way anyone is gonna work harder during the holidays so I thought february.

I feel your pain, and I'm paid in full as well. I was in similar situation when I purchased the stage 1 SC kit back in 2011, but eventually GTM came through and hooked me up very nicely. The SC was very much worth the wait, and I'm sure the MHI TT will be too. Let's see what next month brings forth.

I think to be fair, if they were to keep us "in the loop," each post would be something along the lines of:

"Still waiting on more parts. Not yet." Not much really to say, heh.

I also was one of the first to pay quickly, and it does indeed stuck to have that much money tied up, especially in the slow season of summer. It's tough, but if the product comes through, it'll be worth it.

I always see people saying its worth it and I got hooked up. How's that? You got exactly what you originally ordered. Course if you never been boosted before I can see how it would be over exciting the first time.

Exactly this will be my first boosted ride, and I am very excited. But in between the set backs, the large amount of money I paid, with not even a phone call. I feel like the girl that gave her virginity to the quarter back at prom had a great night with an expensive dinner was told that he loved me... then not have a phone call for 4 months.

Boost is like a multiple orgasm that last longer and you have control over it.

Mike just called me and touched base with me and explained that things have been moving slow and this is the reason for no updates because there was no updates to give. But he assured me that they do care about all of their customers and are developing the best quality for us. He apoligized for making any of us feel out of the loop and or like a prom date loosing her virginity. As soon as he gets any kind of news he will share it with us.

Personally that's all i needed was just a call.

Oct. 3. Oct. 3 that's all I'm saying. I'm in a pissy mood the last few days. Just venting today. Wify is sick for several days so I'm sexual frustrated. It's not funny. You can't let that back up. Lol. So I've been running crazy, cooking, cleaning, and etc.

Dont give up on gtm yet. its too early to do so.

Hey guys, I know that you are all excited and anxious about when we expect to be shipping kits out, and as a consumer myself, I can completely empathize with you all. I have been on several group buys myself and recall waiting eagerly for a set of custom valved coilovers for well over a year due to manufacturing delays on dust boots of all things.

That all said, we are still waiting on our casting company to get us the parts we ordered. As we have updates, we will keep everyone posted just as Sam did the other day when we got the oil pans in.

I know a lot of you expect an ETA on when we will be shipping kits and forgive me for being a bit gun shy about giving an ETA. When we had posted the expected time previously and were unable to meet that due to delays with our suppliers, I was very disappointed. Personally, I'm the kind of person that does my best to stay true to my word and if I don't have strong assurance that a time frame is going to be met, I have a hard time telling you all that it will be done on a particular date since there is absolutely no way for me to guarantee it.

What I can guarantee is that this kit is going to kick *** and the quality of the components in this kit coupled with the incredible deal of this group buy is without a doubt the best value you will find when it comes to forced induction that I've ever seen.

I actually want to say a big thanks to the people like Spohn, Dzel, etc. for not only being entertaining on this thread but also persistently following-up on this group buy with GTM. I appreciate GTM for their candidness and updates from time to time as well but it's nice to know we're all on the same page though there are a select some that I kind of feel are speaking on behalf of the rest of us.

This will personally be my 2nd boost project and, yeah, it's as vivid as Spohn described it, haha. I'm anxious too. But maybe a positive spin is either you're collecting pennies of interest on the money in your bank account or not accruing interest on a credit card. ;)
