Has everyone decided the details of there kit. Here's mine.

Tuner Kit
External Wastegate (Open Dump Baby)
Turbosmart Bov
Turbosmart Wastegate

Fearless_Z 04-23-2013 01:38 PM

What are the differences in the BOV's and wastegates that are offered?

Specifically, what is the difference between the TiAL Q & Turbosmart?

The TiAl Q is a 50mm, vent to atmosphere blow off valve while the Turbosmart Raceport is a 52mm vent to atmosphere blow off valve. Both blow off valves are exceptional units and flow very well.

We have used both valves with great success for several years.

I think both have been revised lately. I do know the Turbosmart was manufactured better such as the molding process and the way it rids itself of heat. But that was years ago. But I'm sure there equal now.

Now looking at HKS boost controller.

Mike, can I get a windshield banner with my kit or I can have one made with your permission? Little advertising on the East coast. Things are changing. Hint.

Stickers should be with the kit. Great advertising. I would throw a good sized one on the Z

Question. With the new GTM oil pan will the oil filter still be in the same location? I ask cause im already running your oil cooler kit and I also have a sandwich plate (Greddy Plate) added in for I run a oil pressure gauge from it. I was hoping I wouldn't have to relocate all of it.

Where do the oil feed lines come from? I also have a oil temp gauge in the oil pan spacer. Does your pan have ports for sensors? If so how many?

As far as the piping goes how much effort goes into the polishing process? You can leave mine in raw form. It's going to get powder coated by Mike to match my wheels.

Sorry for all the questions. Just curious. If it's too much just go ahead and sent the kit and I'll figure it out.

I'm also happy being I run the Stillen front fascia and with the large side opening your kit places the air filters right in front of it. Someone say ram air? Yes please.

We have three color options: Red, Silver, and White...let me know what color you want when we start putting the orders together.

Our oil pan keeps the oil filter in the stock location. As for the second sandwich adapter, you can ditch that when you put our kit on since the turbo oil feed comes from the factory oil pressure sensor port via an adapter that has an extra port for an aftermarket oil pressure sensor. ;)

Our oil pan also has two 1/8" NPT ports (one on either side) for a temperature probe that allows flexibility in installation.

As far as the piping goes, we can supply you raw pipes if you like.
