Simple. In two weeks you will hear rough shipping dates which is months from then.

Same exact thing I heard four times. Course mine were post to be shipped out twice in less than two weeks. Then three times I heard in 48 hours. Nope, never happened. After he said I'll show you what I'm about. Lol. " I'm the man" " I'll blow your mind away with what I'm going to do" HA!

i have spoke with sam a few times, he just keeps saying he will look into it, and get it done as quickly as possible. all he has to do is send me a check for my refund, so i don't see what is taking so long. i guess i will just keep calling him.

I understand that many of you have had a bad experience with inaccurate shipping times and I apologize for that but I cannot change the past.

All we can do now is correct things moving forward, learn from our mistakes, and make things better - we are still human as well :)

Many of you have said that customer service needs to improve, and we agree with you 100% which is why I am here. Right now our #1 priority is to get everyone their turbo kits ASAP.

Once we have a concrete shipping date I will post it, I am not going to post a shipping date that is going to come and go, I hope our customers can understand this.

We thank everyone for being patient and we are trying to make the best out of a bad situation and do the right thing for all our customers.
