Calm down tiger.:icon17:

It's baffled, holds more oil, looks boss, and sits higher than a spacer pan. What's not to like? Holding 7-8 quarts of oil is a boon (including oil cooler[s]). I was a bit jealous of the larger intercoolers too, until I found out my kit gets them too haha. There is a surprising amount of parts sharing (minus turbos and xtra piping) between them, mine cost nearly 2x as much, and doesn't make as much under the curve! There is good reason why so many are jumping on this. If I were to go TT, this would be it, it really helps guys afford the supporting mods and stay in a reasonable price point. Instead of spending $15k, you can spend 10. At least that's the way I see it. Hopefully these guys don't get "turbo vision" and focus only on the kit, but get the supporting mods that are recommended.

Take my word for it, this kit with proper supporting mods and install will still be > 10K. Totally worth it, though.

I'm looking at around thst amount if I take it to get installed and tuned.

Im so ready for this to be released its driving me crazy (girlfriend to). What worries me is its going to be awhile. AWHILE, before it is. I won't be ready to install till after ZDayz but after that I hope something gives. I support GTM all the way I just hate being in the dark. Which I completely understand why shops do this. I would to.

I just have so many things that's has to be done when this goes down. Plus on top of my other plans. I'm going to have my TT kit powder coated the same as my wheels. But have the intercoolers thermal coated. About to order more gauges but I really need to order all this things threw GTM. Just hard to hold out. Lol. I've already ordered TT shirts. So it's definitely happening.

I think I'm going to fly out there for a night to see the shop. It would be a fun one nighter.

Dzel 04-25-2013 04:47 PM

I'm just waiting on the installation manual to make a decision on what I'm going to do.

Same here. I've got a daily driver so if it takes two weeks for me to install in my free time then I'm fine with it.

370zrider 04-25-2013 05:29 PM

What would be your exhaust setup recommendation if I want to keep the Stillen exhaust?

I saw that Cosmogirl had issues trying to set the Stillen exhaust with gtm's 3' test pipes.

Footloose301 04-25-2013 05:31 PM

Test pipes are the way to go. No cats. They will burn up from the extra heat.

SPOHN 04-25-2013 06:01 PM

Open dump is the way to go.

Nice talking to you today Sam.
