Excuse after excuse, I'll just keep it at that for now. If businesses didn't carry on this way lawyers would be poor. It's too bad you had to go through your bank instead of GTM to get your money. It is obvious they are currently BROKE!

You are absolutely correct, I've been a loyal customer since 2007 and Sam knows this.

Hey Guys,

I wanted to let you guys know what I want in this thread

1: Posting by GTM about product update

2: Members who are going to post related questions about the kit and are interested in the kit or group buy

3: Members in the group buy who are waiting for status

4: Members who are in the process of a refund.

For those members who don't fall into those categories You don't need to be in here stirring the pot with off topic or negative comments.

I would truly appreciate everyones cooperation so it WE could avoid any unpleasant action taken.

I hope everyone understands that all the negative/off topic doesn't really help out your fellow members.

Thank You.

Thanks Trips,
I'm trying very hard to bite my tongue and keep things civil by not bashing anyone. It's becoming harder to do when $5336 is at stake.

Nah. That's just for people who signed up for layaway.
Update is that they are still in the process of bending pipe and waiting for parts to come from suppliers. Still no confirmed delivery time frame yet but I have my fingers crossed for early next month......(why do I get deja vu when I write that?)

i dont mind waiting.. honestly.. what is pulling me back is there should be a weekly announcement.

on how traffic is coming along..

BigT 01-10-2014 08:06 AM

You guys still haven't gotten your kits? Wow lol

Looks like GTM needed money to get this ball rolling and duped all of you guys for his up front costs. What a nice business model.

Thanks for the useful input. Anything else that you'd like to add before you need to wipe and flush?

You should call them up and ask them why they don't post anymore. They seem to be fine whenever someone calls them directly but have given up on this forum for some reason.

Just curious. For those who wanna upgrade their manifold for V3 GTX turbo kit. Do we have to wait till all the kits are shipped out or will it be shipped after payment?

I keep seeing people talking about refunds and complaining about restocking fees from people that paid with a credit card. It seems that a lot of you fail to realize or consider the credit card processing fees that gtm has to pay whenever they refund you. Sure 25% may seem high but its there to discourage you from changing your mind and tying up their money, if there is no restocking fee a refund could potentially cost them a couple hundred dollars.

The restocking fee is only for people that did the layaway program. I paid in full so that doesn't apply to me. Sam told me that there wouldn't be any cost to them if they refund the amount back to the same card. They essentially just reverse the charge and it's like the transaction never happened. Of course he never actually gave me back my money, but in theory that's how it would work.

It seems you fail to realize how credit card refunds work.
