Is there a MB -> Nissan link that I'm not aware of? A small(er) displacement V6 with forced induction could be just what the chassis needs to gain more favor

Is there a MB -> Nissan link that I'm not aware of?

A small(er) displacement V6 with forced induction could be just what the chassis needs to gain more favor with the public. Better fuel economy and "dial in power" from boost.
