If I keep out of it it will run fine with the A/C on but if I get on it then I can watch the oil temp and water temp

If I keep out of it it will run fine with the A/C on but if I get on it then I can watch the oil temp and water temp raise really quick. Of course I have other issues but I could cook a steak in about 30 seconds on the hood when it was 100+ everyday.
