I have some info for you if you wish to get a better seal and better oil filter on the relocation head. I had the same fitment problem with the stock oil filter being too small. I even have a old GTM filter kit holder you can have, if you wish.
Lloyd, the oil filter gasket seats well and the entire oil filter seal is on the plate. This will be the standard relocation kit that comes with the turbo kit, so I don't wish to experiment with others.

PM'ing on the filter part number.

Mopac FTW..

To the rest of you...stop fighting, there will be plenty of turbo kits for everybody It will just take a bit of time to get it all 100% ready and tested.

Midland is pretty much oil and cattle. How do I know? I grew up there!

PS I will most likely be interested in this kit as well! I'd like to see the car first hand when you complete it if that is possible

at this point, is the expected cost of materials/price of the kit what you were expecting it to be?

I do have a much better idea of the cost. The oil lines/fittings sure add to the cost, as does the entire oil filter relocation kit. Two waste gates and two BOV's don't help much either....nothing is cheap with this kit.

I am trying to keep the complete kit with fuel injectors (750cc), Uprev tuner..and all the other stuff that goes with the kit at around $6,900.

Considering the quality, how complete the kit is, and ease of install that is a great price. Even if you take it to a shop for an install it won't be nearly as much as a TT kit for example, yet it will be just as capable. With the Stage I (62mm turbo) this is a 600whp out of the box bolt on system with no need to upgrade any of the components that come with the kit.

Haha, too late, I am already a very busy guy.

To be honest I have not even looked at the FI options and the prices. Justo now looking at the TT kits, and they are in the $7600.00+ range, and the S/C kits are a bit less, but IMO do not compare to this turbo kit. Not sure what STS goes for, but again, I don't see a comparison between the two kits at all. The only thing in common is that they are both single turbo...that is where it all ends.

I'm sure this has been asked in your thread before but how reliable do you expect your kit to be on a stock motor?

My STs kit was 7 grand shipped with 3 gauges / modules, customs and shipping included which was like 800 bucks
