When we first started working he was very quick and responsive. My supercharger took a few weeks, but thats OK, I wanted it done perfect. It was perfect down to the T and when I took it to HPLogic it was perfectly ready to be tuned. By the end of our relationship though he became more and more patchy. The last big job he did for me was uninstall the SC and return me to stock...it took way way longer than expected. Customer service went to ****, no calls, terrible delays, no updates, wouldnt return calls/texts/e-mails, etc..you know the drill. Made me look terrible because there were people waiting for their parts from my partout and I was more than a month late on some...it got really bad at the end...he sold me and installed some completely trashed cats...used some random bolt to replace a transmission bolt, returned the car to me with scratched/curbed wheels, etc. To make a long story short the car came out well and has ran fine in stock form to this day...but I feel like I dodged a bullet because TravisJB, whom I recommended Jnaut to, was the next person to deal with Jason and lets just say I am immensely embarrassed to have recommended him. Same treatment + as some of you know some other really bad stuff that I can't get into becase that's up to Travis. Obviously I don't recommend him anymore. I feel like after a year+ of friendship, I was treated like a cheap customer and kicked out the back door...
The last week of install he decided to go on vacation last minute and leave my car on the lift right when it was almost complete. I lost 4 days because he decided a last minute vacation would be a great idea with so many installs pending.

I don't even want to post how much money I handed him.
