Look for a used Stillen and install it yourself. Thats the only way your gonna be able to spend the money you want to spend. I would reckomend just saving

Look for a used Stillen and install it yourself. Thats the only way your gonna be able to spend the money you want to spend. I would reckomend just saving even if its for another year or two and do it right. If you set a low budget like that the car is gonna be more problems then you want.
